All video files are royalty free. We do not allow reselling, redistribution, or repackaging of our video files or imagery from our content. Free content cannot be shared, uploaded, or posted on any other website. All video files are provided and sold as-is.
SUPPORT
We provide support for purchased video files only. This does not include any software issues unless our video files are not working with your software. Free files receive no support.
REFUNDS
We will refund any set of video files that is proven to be defective or exchange it for a set of equal or lesser value. We will be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, no refunds will be given.
NOTE: Refunds will not be given if you simply decide not to use the purchased video files. We stand behind our work and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
PRIVACY
We will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, give out or sell your information (including name and email address) to anyone. Period. We will remove any of your stored information from our website on request, just send us an e-mail.
